Self-Assessment Group

The Self-Assessment Group will review current AIS incentive and accountability processes and create a self-assessment framework, inspired by the American Association for the Advancement of Science’s SEA Change framework that assesses educational institutions’ efforts in equity, diversity and inclusion. This group will review AIS processes and craft a relevant self-assessment, including development of new best practices and recognition metrics for AIS communities.
